May I submit to you that what Google says it likes in a website is probably a good indicator on what kind of website is going to SEO well. SEO? Search Engine Optimization, or meaning the ability for the computers at these major search engines to “Crawl” or read your website and index it along with what are the key words or key points of what you are trying to convey. Google says they love the website infrastructure based on the platform by wordpress.org… but I thought wordpress was for blogs? It is! But really what’s the difference? Did you know that 97% of people read a blog every day. 97% is a big number, you are probably thinking to yourself, I don’t. I bet you do! You see most newspapers and sites that update repeatedly throughout the day are actually built on a website framework which is in fact a blog. Going back to our criteria of what makes a good website. The Blog/Website I am recommending is able to be viewed and explained in much more depth right now by clicking on the FREEblogFactory banner located on the side of this webpage.

The question when selling cell phone service always comes up… “what if I have a contract?” I found the above video and while I have not tried this tactic because I personally have not had a contract for years. The logic is sound. Most people don’t understand that contracts have two sides, and BOTH sides must benefit. Many contracts are not worth the paper they are written on. The reason I say that is because there are so many

Since early 2009 I have been learning more and more about different various businesses I could opporate out of my home. I’ve been approach by every MLM network marketing company, spamming me and asking me to “sign up” it only costs anywhere from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars and then they proceed to tell me why their pill, potion or lotion is the best thing since sliced bread.
Here are my conclusions.
1. People especially now a days, are just trying to afford what they already buy and don’t want to increase their monthly expenses.
2. Not only not increase reoccurring costs, but decrease them.
3. People are stressed, and don’t want to take hours learning about some new product which might not be the best, or if it is today could possibly not be tomorrow. K.I.S.S. Keep it simple silly or stupid.
These conclusions led me on a search for a product that was universal, already bought by everyone, and then it was just of actually being able to sell that to massive amounts of people AND save them money in the process.
After a friend of mine had lost his job, being unemployed and searching and searching the internet for a Great business which was universal, and able to be done from anywhere. We found what looks like the real deal.
The product, Gas and Electricity. Can’t get more universal.
There is no product training need. Everyone already knows how to use it.
There is no clever or tricky sales tactics needed. It’s simply, “look, your buying electricity now from ABC company, what if you could buy the same electricity, off the same grid for less? Lights don’t flicker, nothing changes except the name on your bill and the rate… it’s a no brainer right.”
