So I just want to put one more thing out there… again. I’m not saying what they did is illegal, all I can say is from my point of view I don’t see how it couldn’t be, and I want a judge to sort out the mess that is Zoom Mobile and then hopefully get me my money back, and then it would be Great if the judge sees what Linda Helin, George Burton and the rest of the gang did as illegal. I really hope they go to Jail.

If someone threatens to take you to court… when they are potentially facing a class action law suit. Tell them GOOD!! and then hang up on them. Don’t be intimidated for a second. When I talked to George Burton last over Email I told him I just wanted a refund, or that I might be forced to take further legal action. Well obviosly he didn’t think I was serious. He was betting on me not being serious.
Here is the funny thing, you don’t need to be a lawyer to take legal action. Anyone can file a small claims lawsuit for less then 200 bucks typically at the local court house. If you have not ever read this book click on the image to the right right here and buy this. You will be amazed at how much pestering will get you. Then you run into someone like this, and you need to really take it to the next level, if you really want to get your money back, or are convicted about what you are doing. Either do what I have outlined in my other post! ZOOM MOBILE TAKE ACTION. Or contact a good local law firm to good old Georgie boy right there in Georgia.
Back up Plan
If you get a threatening letter, tear it up. If you get certified mail… there is no law saying you have to sign for it. ANY TIME YOU GET CERTIFIED MAIL ASK WHERE IT’S FROM!!
If it is from a law firm, definatly don’t accept it. If it’s from someone you don’t know, or you aren’t expecting something. Why take it? Who knows what it is? Like I said, there is no law stating that you must accept certified mail. I remember standing in line at the post office one day, lady showed up because they left a note on her door saying we have certified mail for you. So she just signs it and the clerk goes and gets the letter and hands it to her. She looks at him and says, “what’s this… all stupid looking. He goes, it looks like one of the traffic cameras caught you taking a red light and that’s probably a ticket.”

So far I haven’t got anything from George Burton but all I want is an Amicable response to my last letter. Then I don’t need to take part in this anymore, it will be up to someone else to take up the fight. Oh, and I had to cancel my credit card… that those gerks had on file, because they were still billing me after I repeatedly told them I quit, i’m done, I hate you all, your scam artist.. all this I said to them in emails because they never answer their phones anymore. Hmmm. wonder why that is.
If zoom mobile is continuing to bill you like they did me, call your credit card company. Most likely they will refund your money for a few months of the charges and then THEY… your credit card company goes after Zoom Mobile and George Burton and Linda Helin.
See the whole idea is to hit this thing from as many sides as you can until it gets sucked up into a class action lawsuit. Defrauding people across state lines, mail fraud, these are crimes that big firms have been shut down for. These are crimes that have some serious bite to them in the court of law.

Linda Helin should be investigated too… but that’s not what I care about. I just want an Amicable response to my request for a refund. I should probably say plus damages and all that other stuff. It has taken up way to much of my time as well. But really refunding my money is all I want. That is resonable.
Zoom Mobile Lied to meIf you are like me? You Lost a thousand or two in Zoom Mobile, I lost 4,000 dollars. FOUR Founders positions with my family. I know others have had bought a corporate founders position for 25,000 dollars and they are a lot more angry then me. Basically it’s all due to false promises. Just like Bernie Madoff, we need to take action. If you feel like you got ripped off. At least TRY to do something about it. I’m going to say this, he might have done everything legally. Maybe we are all a bunch of fools. You know a fool and their money are soon parted. I just don’t see how this can be legal. And that’s why I say, Take action. And let a judge decide if what George Burton, and Linda Helin, and Zoom Mobile did is legal. It might be… it probably isn’t.

i was a so called founder of zoom mobile, basically i paid $1,000 to get a special position in the company, one of the benefits was i would get a percentage of the company, well up untill 01/25/2011 they basically stole my money i didnt receive a penny, i didnt receive the phone they promised me i didnt receive the hat or clothing they promised. se i tried to get the money back but customer service didnt answer untill after 6 days of calling and leaving voicemails. they didnt respond to my emails. so basically they robbed me out of 1,000$ plus monthly auto ship, they did this to everyone on my team (7) other members. in total from my tram alone took $8,000 plus monthly autoship fess. email me at ZoomMobileScam@gmail.com to get more info
