this law basically says it is good to be number one in your particular niche. An example that was used in the book was basically the idea of who was the first person to fly across the Atlantic? Charles Lindenberg. And who was the second person to fly across the Atlantic?? Most people don’t know. Who was the first woman to fly across the Atlantic? Amelia Ehrhardt. Did you know that she was also the second person to fly across the Atlantic. The deal is this example covers the first law and the second law. It’s always best to be first in your niche. But you can’t be first in your niche then create a new category that you can be first in
if you can’t be first in your niche pretty new category can be first in and then dominate that particular niche. Coke was the first soda beverage and Patsy was the first one to be made with real sugar or something to that extent. They created a new category as a subcategory to be first in. And it can be ever so small a change in the category. Netflix was first in home DVD rental. Things of that nature… Make a new category.
TOMA means top of mind awareness, it is a good idea to stay in front of people sell a you stay in their mind you want to be the first person that they think of when they think of your particular niche.
here are the rest of the laws, you said I just wanted to give you a little bit of information the book is a very easy read I think I read in today’s and I wasn’t trying to crush the whole thing in one day just it’s that easy of a read. But the information you’re able to internalize C don’t really need to remember all of these laws because it’s easy for you to digest it making your own and then you can apply the principles in your everyday kind of marketing.
Read the 22 immutable laws of marketing. Either you are marketing for other companies or you claim to be a marketing expert you need to read this book. Or you own your own business and you where all the hats. If you own your own business and you don’t think you’re in sales you will not succeed! Sales is the fundamental component of any successful company. Sales is how you bring in an income and how your company creates its profits. To be good at marketing you should also understand sales principles. You can be good at sales without being good at marketing. But I do not believe that you can be good at marketing without understanding what makes a good salesperson.

as a small business owner myself it was more or less trial by fire. the things I’m going to share with you might not be free but the advice is here at nonperishablemarketing.com. the reason why I will choose to give away some of this advice for free and not charge for it is because it’s great content that online hopefully helps draw people to my website which increased my traffic and hopefully people will choose to use my affiliate links on the website which I may give to you right now.
If you are choosing to build a website I highly suggest using WordPress platform. The reason is the WordPress platform allows you to easily optimize your website for the search engines. SEO means of search engine optimization, and that is how websites are ranked when someone searches through a search engine. So in order to get page one of Google for small business marketing online I need to make sure that I have SEO’d my website for those keywords. WordPress.org allows you to load the software to create the website on your own hosting service and gives you greater ability for optimization in the search engines. Also greater flexibility for modifying the look and feel of your website.
the best hosting company in my opinion is a company called host gator. They have great uptime, which means that your site will virtually never really be down. They also offer great customer support. And when I mean great I really really mean great. For a person that is new to putting content online or creating websites you to know want this kind of service. To pay a personal consultant to be able to do this you might actually end up spending a few hundred dollars or a few thousand dollars when host gator’s customer support will give you the same level if not better service for free if you have hosting with them.
Here is a free product at least there is a free version of this product that everyone who is making a business online or anyone who spends a considerable amount of time online needs to have an needs to know how to use. It is called Jing. This product is from the same people that made camtsia which is a software that most people use to create online demos it is a program that records screen movements and allows you to narrate what you’re doing on your computer screen. Screencast is also owned by the same company and this allows you to privately host your videos and then embed them onto your website. Jing allows you to easily capture a portion or all of what is on your screen and then as you can see by the picture above you can more or less narrate or highlight what you’re wanting people to see on the screen great program recommended to everyone and it is free. It also allows you to do FTP and instantly easily share with people what you’re looking at.

It took me 2 seconds to define the area in which I want to capture the image and then I clicked on a button for transferring it to my FTP site, it then automatically copies the link to my notepad and then all I had to do was hit control the and put the link into my blog post.
I just looked at my word count for this particular blog post and a Marty at 610 words at the beginning of the sentence. 300 to 500 words is typically my target for a blog post and then I try to create additional content or an additional post some action going to end this post and create a new one which I’ll continue on generating the same great content giving away things I’ve learned over the past few years. Each blog post you can SEO differently and that is why I will never create super long blog posts I choose to keep them relatively short. This also allows me to create multiple pages and the more pages on your website the more traffic your website will generate and so that is the reasoning behind that.

today is day three, the new me! I thought I was the typer, I thought I was good with computers, I thought I had a good website going that was putting out good content. My website never really got the amount of traffic that I wanted to because I never really was able to put out enough content to keep up with everything. Then I broke down and went out and actually purchased Dragon, this software that does speech recognition, transcription. It has changed my life!
This isn’t just a review of Dragon software, this is a testimonial to how powerful it is and how it actually did change my life. From day one! There wasn’t really much I needed to learn about how to use Dragon software. I learned that on my full keyboard over by the numbers whenever you press the plus button that turns on the dragon microphone. I learned that when I am speaking and I want to punctuate my sentences all I need to do is say the word “period” or say the word “comma” and Dragon will automatically put in that punctuation.
I don’t know if I would give it 99% accuracy… But it has to be pretty darn close. The only things that Dragon really tends to mess up on is going to be names, or if you are in a business that has a funky name that sounds kind of funny you’re kind of weird. But even if he you are someone who continually talks about your company or product or service by name Dragon has the ability for you to teach it how to type those names into your software program. Or if you’re somebody that talks in a lot of technical terms or if you’re a coder somebody who’s a programmer and actually is writing code then Dragon might miss those up as well but again Dragon has changed my life and this isn’t just a testimonial about the product it’s a raving review of how great this product it!!!
Writing articles, writing blog posts, writing e-mails, even doing Instant Messenger or chat. Dragon works for me it allows me to just speak and it writes it down faster than I ever could type it out plus not getting carpal tunnel syndrome anymore I used to really feel like I was torquing my wrists and I went out and spent $100 on one of those very ergonomic keyboards and the huge ergonomic mouse my mouse is massive it cost $130 and it still would make my wrist hurt after a day of sitting there and typing and using the computer in that fashion.
one last thing, there are a lot of people out there and websites out there that will promote any product that they feel can make them some money and while yes I did become an affiliate of the company which produces Dragon software. I don’t think a day will go by that I don’t use the software. I’m a believer. It has changed the way in which I will do business and made it so much easier for me to produce content which hopefully helps a lot of people.
